Can I turn emails into Trello cards automatically?
Yes, with a check in the middle. Autonome reads the job email or work order and pulls out the customer, site and dates. Once you approve it, the Trello Gatekeeper creates the card with its checklist and attachments. It remembers which emails it has already turned into cards, so the same job doesn't land on the board twice.
We put the approval in the middle because a board full of half-right cards is worse than no board at all. And if you'd rather not pay per seat for Trello, every Autonome workspace includes a Kanban Board that does the same job.

Trello or the Kanban Board
Keep Trello if your team lives in it. An admin connects it once through Trello's own sign-in, and nothing is created until you approve it. Or use the Kanban Board inside Autonome, with cards given to a person, due dates, comments with @mentions, photos and files, and a calendar view, all on the flat plan of A$193.50/mo ex GST for up to 50 staff.

Questions
Does Autonome need my Trello password?
No. An admin connects Trello once through Trello's own sign-in. The login is held by the Trello Gatekeeper and never by the AI.
Can it create the same card twice?
No. The Gatekeeper remembers the cards it made from each email and won't create a second one for the same message.
Do we need Trello to use the Kanban Board?
No. The Kanban Board is a starter Gadget in every Autonome workspace and needs no other app.
