How do I automate supplier invoices into MYOB?
Point Autonome at the shared inbox your suppliers already email. Does it work with MYOB Business?
Autonome connects to MYOB through MYOB's own sign-in. An admin connects it once for the company.
Can it read scanned or photographed bills?
It reads scanned PDFs page by page, as well as PDFs made by accounting software.
Who can approve bills?
You choose. Approvals can go to the accounts team, and bills over a limit can go to a director.
Will it pay a bill on its own?
No. It only creates drafts, and you approve every one. Bills with an ABN or GST problem are held before they get that far.
