Can I automate a shared Outlook mailbox like accounts@?
Yes. Autonome connects to Microsoft 365 so a Gadget can read a shared Outlook mailbox such as accounts@ or projects@, open files in OneDrive and SharePoint, and post to Teams. Staff sign in with the Microsoft 365 account they already have, and an admin chooses which mailboxes and files each Gadget may use.
We built on the Microsoft 365 you already have rather than asking you to move anything. Staff sign in with their existing account, and the Microsoft login itself sits with a separate Gatekeeper that the AI never sees. A Gadget can only ask it for the actions an admin has allowed, and any email it sends or file it saves waits for approval first.
